6.2 Earthquake In Afghanistan Sends Tremors Across North India

A 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck Afghanistan's Hindu Kush region this evening, sending strong tremors across Jammu and Kashmir, Delhi-NCR, Himachal Pradesh and several other parts of India. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 215 km. Authorities reported no immediate casualties or major damage in Afghanistan or India after the tremor.
