TRS president K Kavitha said 7.2% of girls aged 15-19 in Telangana villages are pregnant, compared to 2.7% in cities. She stressed that laws alone can't curb teenage marriages, mindset change is needed. She blamed societal norms and parental responsibility, urging awareness and education. "Every girl deserves a safe, informed future," she added.
