Why Is New Aadhaar App Gaining Huge Popularity?

India's new Aadhaar mobile app has surpassed 3.1 crore downloads within 5 months of its launch. The app allows users to access a range of Aadhaar-related services directly from their smartphones, reducing the need for visits to physical centres. Nearly 40 lakh users have updated their mobile numbers through the app, while 8.5 lakh have changed their addresses.
