Delhi HC To Hear Telegram Ban Plea Today

The Delhi High Court will resume hearing today afternoon on Telegram's plea challenging the Centre's temporary suspension of its services across India ahead of the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination on June 21. The case, listed before Justice Tejas Karia, questions MeitY's restrictions under Section 69A of the IT Act following NTA recommendations.
