Stock Market Close: Sensex Surges 737 Pts, Nifty At 23,854

Indian equities rallied sharply on June 15 as improved global risk sentiment followed a reported US-Iran peace agreement. The Nifty50 climbed 231 points to 23,853.90, while the Sensex gained 736 points to 76,264.33. Realty, auto, and consumer durables stocks led advances, while pharma lagged. The rupee strengthened 40 paise against the dollar.
