FIFA: Havertz Leads Germany's Goal Rush In 7-1 Triumph

Kai Havertz scored twice as Germany recovered from an early scare to register a strong 7-1 win over World Cup debutants Curacao in a group-stage clash. Livano Comenencia briefly leveled the match at 1-1 in the 21st minute, scoring Curacao's first-ever World Cup goal. The seven-goal margin, however, remained below the tournament record of nine goals.
