A Delhi court has extended the police custody of hotel owner Lovkesh Bajaj by two more days in connection with the fire that killed 21 people in a south Delhi hotel. The hotel cook was sent to 14-day judicial custody. Police are investigating negligence and safety violations, including the absence of a mandatory fire safety clearance certificate.
