PV Sindhu Crashes Out In Pre-Quarterfinals At BAC Trophy

Two-time Olympic medallist PV Sindhu crashed out in the pre-quarterfinals of the Badminton Asia Championships held in China today. The 29-year-old ace shuttler, ranked 17th in the world, put up a tough fight but lost 12-21, 21-16, 16-21 to world number 4 and third seed Akane Yamaguchi of Japan in women’s singles event.
