Jharkhand govt has reshuffled 36 IAS officers through transfers, new postings and additional charges, according to an official notification. New DCs were appointed in Garhwa, Khunti and Deoghar districts. Several officers received key roles in departments including IT, tourism, sports, water, and forest, while others were reassigned or given fresh responsibilities.
