Mamata Calls Bengal Violence Planned, Urges PM To Act

Mamata Banerjee claimed the violence over the Waqf law was “planned” and suggested a conspiracy involving Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the BSF to bring in Bangladeshi miscreants to stir unrest in West Bengal. In a meeting with Muslim clerics in Kolkata, she assured her party’s leadership in opposing the law and encouraged peaceful protests.
