AISA president Neha Bora has approached the Delhi High Court challenging a police notice asking her to sign a Rs 10,000 bond to maintain peace. She says the notice violates her rights and wants it withdrawn. Bora was detained during a protest last week and later released. The court is closed for Dussehra and reopens on October 26.
