West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has ordered a safety review of Durga Puja pandals after a stampede in Kolkata. A high-level panel will assess crowd management, emergency exits and structural safety. Adhikari said the PMO had sought a report from Chief Secretary, which has been submitted. He accused political opponents of politicising the incident.
