The ED has summoned former Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan for questioning in the CMRL case. He has approached the Supreme Court seeking protection from legal action. The Kerala High Court recently upheld an order directing an FIR. The ED alleges CMRL paid Rs 2.78 crore to his daughter Veena’s company under the guise of IT services.
