Delhi Police today assured the High Court that adequate steps had been taken to regulate the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) October 16 protest. The assurance followed a plea by a Palika Bazar vendor fearing business disruption and livelihood losses. The court refused to restrain founder Abhijeet Dipke and scheduled the next hearing for November 3.
