Vijay Sethupathi, who recently impressed audiences with "Baththa", will next star in Mani Ratnam's romantic drama "Inji Vellam", featuring Sai Pallavi. Reports suggest the actor has agreed to take half his usual remuneration of ₹15 crore as a mark of respect for the legendary director. The film has completed shooting and is targeting a Pongal 2027 release.
