The Delhi HC rejected SpiceJet’s request for additional time to deposit ₹144.5 crore in its dispute with Kalanithi Maran and KAL Airways. The court cited the airline’s failure to pay an initial ₹50 cr instalment despite assurances. It also dismissed SpiceJet’s proposal to offer Gurugram property as alternative for payment.
