CAPF Deployment In Delhi Sought Till October 20

Delhi Police has urged the Union Home Ministry to extend the deployment of 273 CAPF companies until Oct 20, citing possible protests by the CJP, Bhim Army, student organisations and political groups. Potential protest sites include Jantar Mantar, Parliament House, India Gate, the EC and ministers' offices and residences, prompting security concerns.
