The Delhi High Court today gave police until October 13 to respond to the Indian Youth Congress's plea seeking permission to protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar at Jantar Mantar over alleged SIR irregularities. Additional Solicitor General Chetan Sharma told Justice Amit Mahajan that he would seek instructions and inform the court on Tuesday.
