India and West Indies have been fined for slow over-rates in the third ODI. India were fined 20 percent of their match fee, while West Indies were penalised 10 percent. India bowled four overs short of the required rate, whereas West Indies fell two overs behind. Both captains accepted the offence, with match referee Prakash Bhatt imposing the sanctions.
