The Supreme Court sought the West Bengal govt's response to TMC MP Mahua Moitra's plea alleging her eviction from a Nadia circuit house despite an allotted room. The Bench, comprising Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana, scheduled the next hearing for October 10. Moitra also alleged obstruction in performing her parliamentary duties and MPLADS-related work.
