India's gross GST collection rose 14.7% year-on-year to ₹2,03,521 crore in September, official data showed. Net GST revenue increased 18.1% to ₹1,76,520 crore, while April-September gross collections reached ₹12.46 lakh crore. Import-related taxes led growth, rising 29%. The October 7 GST Council meeting is expected to focus on process reforms and implementation.
