Tata Trusts Faces Fresh Governance Questions

Tata Trusts vice-chairman Vijay Singh has approached the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner seeking a probe into Sir Dorabji Tata Trust’s governance and role in Tata Sons’ commercial affairs. He flagged possible regulatory and tax concerns and sought action if violations were found, amid broader disagreements over Tata Sons’ governance.
