Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar warned that security lapses during visits by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Vice-President Radhakrishnan could strain Centre-state ties. He cited a Youth Congress protest in Kollam and an incident in Thiruvananthapuram on September 27. He said a state minister is responsible. Police said the protest did not breach security.
