FSSAI suspended Seven Seas Hospitality's food licence after an inspection found serious safety and hygiene violations. Officials found stagnant water, foul smell, filth, fungal growth on tomatoes, papaya, jaggery and cashew nuts, rotten capsicum, blackened cooking oil, cockroaches and flies. About 74 kg of unsafe food was destroyed. The facility scored only 30 per cent and must stop all food operations.
