TG To Deploy 3 Army Engineers On Kaleshwaram, SLBC

Telangana plans to take three Indian Army engineers on deputation for the SLBC tunnel and Kaleshwaram barrage repairs. Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy met Army Chief Dhiraj Seth in Delhi. One officer will handle the SLBC tunnel; two will oversee Medigadda, Annaram and Sundilla barrages. The SLBC tunnel is about 44 km long, with 35 km done. Target: June 2028.
