Jaya Sharma, a Gen Z IPS officer from Haryana, completed her master’s at IIT Delhi and worked on an ISRO research project. After securing 8th rank in HPSC to serve as a Haryana DSP, she cracked UPSC CSE 2023 with AIR 248 on her second attempt, officially joining the 2024-batch IPS officers.
