The 'Mana Illu-Mana Lokesh' event will be held today at Kunchanapalli in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. AP Education Minister Nara Lokesh will distribute housing pattas to beneficiaries during the event. Pattas have already been issued to 5,636 beneficiaries in two phases. The govt is granting permanent ownership rights free of cost for land parcels.
