Missing From Voter Rolls? Appeal Delays Raise Concerns

Concerns have emerged over delays in appeals by voters whose names were removed during the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Questions were raised about the impact on voting rights if tribunals take years to decide cases. The Election Commission said about 93% of affected West Bengal voters who filed appeals had succeeded in getting relief.
