INDIA bloc parties are likely to meet in Delhi on September 30 to discuss concerns over the Election Commission and the SIR of electoral rolls. Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee are expected to attend. Opposition parties are also preparing a fresh notice seeking CEC Gyanesh Kumar's removal, their third such attempt.
