Delhi plans to extend the Modi Mill flyover towards Kalkaji and build another near Savitri Cinema to ease congestion across South Delhi. The 2 projects, costing ₹371 crore, are expected to take 24 to 30 months. Meanwhile, three underpasses at Mukarba Chowk in north Delhi could shorten journeys by nearly one kilometre and save commuters 10 minutes.
