Five-Day Bank Shutdown Likely In Telangana Soon

Bank customers in Telangana may face a five-day branch service disruption from September 26. The United Forum of Bank Unions has called a three-day strike from September 28, demanding a five-day working week, old pension scheme restoration, and DA revision. The SLBC advises customers to finish banking work early. A conciliation meeting is set for Sept 22 in Delhi.
