Putin Accuses Ukraine Of Election Interference

Putin accused Ukraine of interfering in Russia's 3-day parliamentary election and deliberately hindering peace negotiations. He offered no evidence for the election interference claim. Putin also criticized Ukraine for not holding presidential elections. Ukrainian officials say elections cannot take place while the wartime state of emergency remains in effect.
