The United States has denied Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas a visa to attend the UN General Assembly in New York for 2nd consecutive year. Washington cited what it described as continued Palestinian action against Israel at international courts. The restrictions also affect other Palestinian Authority and PLO officials seeking entry.
