India spinner Varun Chakaravarthy has been ruled out of the upcoming Asian Games after picking up a side strain in the first T20I against Afghanistan at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. In his absence, the BCCI is set to add Delhi Capitals all-rounder Vipraj Nigam to the squad. The 24-year-old has claimed 34 wickets in T20 cricket.
