PM Modi’s former schoolmate Asgar Ali Vohra has received relief in a long-running land dispute in Maharashtra’s Mira-Bhayandar. Days after meeting Modi, BJP MLA Narendra Mehta said he would relinquish possession of the disputed plot and surrender its construction permission. He also withdrew a police complaint against Vohra after settlement.
