Gurugram Police have arrested another accused in hit-and-run case involving woman biker Sia, taking the total arrests to 2. Lavanish, who was in the car with driver Kalyan Bainsla, was arrested in Palwal. Bainsla was earlier arrested in Rajasthan's Dausa. Police have also added an attempt-to-murder charge under Section 109 of BNS after reviewing CCTV footage.
