The Home Ministry has called an urgent meeting this evening after three Italian passengers travelled from Amritsar to Delhi and boarded a Lufthansa flight to Munich without completing mandatory immigration. Senior home, aviation, intelligence and immigration officials will attend. The meeting follows a show-cause notice issued to Air India on September 12.
