China Cuts Troops Along Border After India’s Move

China reduced its troop deployment along India’s northern border in 2025, as per the Defence Ministry’s annual report. India had deployed 10 brigade-sized combined forces along the LAC and training areas. The report said India-China talks also helped improve stability. It added that the Army remains prepared for any security challenge along the border.
