A Delhi survey of paying guest accommodations has identified four buildings as dangerous, while 25 require major repairs and 138 need minor work. The week-long inspection followed a Delhi High Court order after the Satya Niketan building collapse. More than 2,250 PG buildings housing over 47,000 people were surveyed across the city.
