An NIA court in Jammu issued a second Non-Bailable Warrant against Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed for allegedly supplying weapons, funds and directions to terrorists in Kashmir. The court said his involvement surfaced during investigation and issued the warrant after authorities failed to secure his attendance through normal legal procedures.
