Union Minister Nitin Gadkari launched OneTag, enabling FASTag users to switch issuer banks without replacing their existing tag. Developed by IHMCL and NPCI, the service is available through NHAI's Rajmargyatra app. After verification and consent, customers can choose a new bank while retaining the same FASTag ID and vehicle registration number.
