Two new names have emerged in the Satya Niketan building collapse case after Mahesh Bansal, son of owner Hariram Bansal, told police that he leased the building to partners Shubham Tyagi and Sudhanshu in August 2025. They operated it as a PG named 'Hostel Daze'. Delhi Police said Sudhanshu has been arrested, with further investigation underway.
