BRS To Stall Telangana Assembly Over '22A Lands' Issue: KCR

BRS chief KCR met MLAs/MLCs at his farmhouse, reportedly deciding to skip the Assembly session. He advised stalling proceedings over "22A lands" and raising farmers, youth, women's issues. He briefed them on BRS's 'charge sheet' against Congress's 1,000-day tenure. Congress had earlier protested his absence, comparing him to Kumbhakarna.
