MH To Install Astronomical Time Machines At Mantralaya

Maharashtra will install two ‘Kalayan’ astronomical time machines at Mantralaya and the state legislature. Costing ₹10.97 lakh, they will show standard and GPS time, sunrise, sunset, planetary movements and panchang details. The displays will also cover important cultural, religious and national events, blending modern and traditional astronomy.
