The Supreme Court has quashed FIRs against students who joined protests over alleged paper leaks across India. The relief covers cases in Delhi, Assam, West Bengal and Bihar. However, it excludes people with previous criminal records. The court also said states should not oppose quashing similar FIRs against students not covered earlier.
