Zomato has reportedly laid off around 250 employees as it restructures customer support. About 240 Hyderabad workers are affected after the company decided to consolidate operations in Gurgaon. Zomato said the move is due to operational changes, not performance. Affected staff will receive severance, insurance, counselling and job-placement support.
