TTD Conducts Special Yagam For Timely Rains

Varuna Yagam began in Tirumala today, seeking timely and abundant rainfall and prosperity for the nation and the state. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams will conduct the Varuna Yagam, Karirishti Yagam, and Parjanya Shanti rituals until Sept 3. 32 Vedic scholars will perform the rituals at Dharmagiri Veda Vijnana Peetham, with all arrangements completed.
