Telangana Sees 7.15% Rise In Crime Over Three Years

Telangana recorded a 7.15% rise in overall crime over three years, mainly due to sharp increases in drug and organised crime cases. However, serious offences, cybercrime and crimes against women declined. DGP CV Anand directed police to use data, technology and faster investigations to identify emerging crime trends and strengthen crime prevention.
