BRS leader T. Harish Rao was detained during a government employees’ protest at Hanumakonda Collectorate today. Police and BRS workers clashed during the detention. Rao had joined the protest to support employees’ demands, including pending DA payments, the Old Pension Scheme and Pay Revision Commission. He also demanded withdrawal of GO 97.
