Asian Games: Why Jemimah Rodrigues & Suryakumar Out?

Jemimah Rodrigues will miss the 2026 Asian Games and Asia Cup after suffering a hamstring injury while playing for Southern Brave in The Hundred on Aug 3. The BCCI named Pratika Rawal as her replacement. Suryakumar Yadav was also omitted from the Asian Games squad as the event clashes with India's West Indies white-ball series and team's upcoming T20 plans.
